Improving Care through Inclusivity
BCRP Action to Create a Supportive and Inclusive Training Environment

Commitment to Excellence in Education and Equity in Medical Training
At the Boston Combined Residency Program (BCRP), we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and equitable learning environment where all residents can thrive. We recognize that achieving excellence in pediatric care and education requires acknowledging and addressing the diverse experiences and needs of our trainees, patients, and communities.
Below are selected examples of our ongoing efforts to build a culture of respect, accountability, and opportunity across our program. These actions reflect our commitment to improving the learning climate, strengthening support systems, and preparing pediatricians to serve children and families from all backgrounds.
